Opening Script for All Outbound Leads

“Hi, is this [First Name]? This is [Your Name] calling from [Law Firm Name]. I’m calling because you reached out to us about a recent injury. Do you have a few minutes to talk?”

If They Say “I Don’t Remember Filling Out a Form”

“No problem – you may have filled out an online form or called another number. The important thing is you were looking for help with an injury. What type of accident were you in?”

If They Ask “How Did You Get My Number?”

“You contacted us online requesting information about your injury case. Can you tell me what type of accident you had?”

If They Say “I’m Busy Right Now”

“I understand. This will only take 2-3 minutes. You reached out about an injury and I want to make sure you get the help you need. What type of accident happened?”

Key Information to Get

  1. Type of accident (car, slip and fall, etc.)
  2. When it happened (date)
  3. Injuries sustained
  4. Medical treatment received

Moving to Consultation

“Based on what you’re telling me, you should speak with one of our attorneys. They can review your case at no cost. Are you available for a consultation this week?”

If They Hesitate

“The consultation is completely free and there’s no obligation. The attorney can tell you if you have a case and what your options are. What day works better for you?”
