Week 1: Call 3 times daily + 1 text every 2 days Week 2: Call 2 times daily + 1 text every 3 days Week 3+: Call 1 time daily + 1 text weekly
Text Message Script
“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Law Firm Name]. You reached out about your injury case. When’s a good time to call you? Reply STOP to opt out.”
Voicemail Script (Use Only Once Per Week)
“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Law Firm Name]. You reached out to us about your recent injury and I want to make sure you get the help you need. Please call me back at [phone number]. Again, that’s [repeat number slowly]. Thanks.”
What NOT to Do
- Don’t leave multiple voicemails in the same week
- Don’t call more than 3 times in one day
- Don’t call on weekends unless lead is fresh (same day)
Best Times to Call
Morning: 9 AM – 11 AM Afternoon: 1 PM – 3 PM
Evening: 5 PM – 7 PM
Avoid lunch hours and after 8 PM
When to Stop Calling
- Only when they specifically ask you to stop calling
- If number is disconnected or no longer in service
Special Situations
Fresh leads (submitted today): Call immediately, then every 2 hours Weekend leads: Call first thing Monday morning Old leads: Continue regular calling schedule
Keep Detailed Notes
Track every call attempt with date and time – this shows persistence and professionalism
